Color Factory and Index Manager
Color Factory can use a FotoWare Index Manager archive as input. This way,
Color Factory can search for files that match a custom criterion, and process
the files found according to channel settings. The processed files can be saved
to a new destination or replace the old files. A custom text template can also
be applied to avoid the same file being processed over again. Channels can run
as hot folders, immediately processing files that appear in the input folder,
or be scheduled to run at intervals or at specified times.
Using FotoWare Index Manager, Color Factory is able to check for duplicates in
the archive. Duplicates can be handled as new versions or be routed to a
different folder.
Color Factory and FotoStation Pro
FotoStation Pro can be configured with actions that copy or move files to the
input folders of Color Factory. Color Factory will then process the file
according to it's configuration and place the file in it's output folder. This
will help you to automize your complete workflow.
Color Factory and FotoXStream
FotoXStream has access to all QuarkXPress™ picturebox parameters and image
modifying operators (like scale, crop, rotate and so on). This allow
FotoXStream to compute exact parameters for all operations that are to be
performed by Color FActory, resulting in 100% correspondence between original
images and the correct and optimal ones generated by Color Factory.
